I suspect he ends up on the Pistons. It will be Ben Gordon 2.0. They have the cap space and they could always use another shooter next to those bigs.

As far as talking and keeping the players engaged, I feel much better about McHale. Carlisle is a brilliant basketball mind but he's lost teams before. I'm not at all surprised that they have those type of problems with younger players.
Stay clear away from Mayo imo...Daryl... Carlisle is a solid Head coach...and i dont think he has ever ripped on a player for effort...he must ve gotten really irked...
He sucks. He's got absolutely horrible shot selection and decision making, and has almost no feel for the game at all.
