As much as I've directed quite a bit of my Rockets frustration toward Rice this year, I have to commend him for his play of late. He's been taking it inside some, which seems to have helped his shot overall. He's obviously one of the veteran leaders on this team as well, and I hope he can continue to keep the team focused. But, Posey and TMo are ready to step in and contribute IMO. They are both much better defenders and rebounders. Posey's shot is still iffy, but TMo has steadily worn down my pessimism of his game. I love that he's taking that 20 footer with confidence. He's not trying to step back a couple feet so he can make a 3. That's smart. Both of these guys fill that "garbage man" role that this team sorely needs from either the 3 or 4 spot. Take your time healing up Glen. I don't know about extended win streak, but I feel very comfortable with those two and Hawk at the 3 spot.

The only valuable thing Rice brings to this team is his experience. Quite frankly, he's shooting so horribly that it just may not be worth it.

Being the FOURTH option on offense, he should be shooting 45% from the field at least.
