The man is a pro. His shot is smooth and he's adding what we sorely lacked last season, which is vet experience and toughness. We need more of this and I hope he does this consistently. Keep him on this roster.

Yup but play Daniels more when the opponent is a sub 0.50 team

Hate hate hate admitting it but ya... If he can stay healthy he's probably our best overall pg. I just don't have any faith in bev's offensive game.

Let's hope he can stay healthy all season.

But I agree, his veteran presence (along with Ariza's) was sorely lacking last season. Bittersweet though, because I wanted to see Daniels' continue to develop as a key part of our rotation.

Morey knows what he's doing, so I'll trust in him.

It's a marathon not a sprint. Daniels will get plenty of burn.

Most importantly a consistent scorer off the bench.

Makes me wonder if we could revive another dinosaur like Kenyon martin or okafor to rest Howard. It is amazing what we've done to revive Terry. Kudos to Morey and Mchale for making it happen.

From Rocket Killer to Killer Rocket!

I just like how he can give us some solid offense off the bench, which was a major concern for many posters here. His defense seemed solid tonight too.

And speaking of Daniels, what happened tonight? 0-5 in his golden zone?

I have always thought Daniels was over rated on this board. He reminds me of Luther head. He's just ok. Maybe another team will want him.

He is a bit overrated on this board because he hit a crucial 3 that won a playoff game. He's still very undersized at his position but he gives us another shooter. My concern is McHale using the Beverley/Terry/Harden combo too often, that's severely undersized and turns us into an even worse rebounding team (unless Jones continues to put out performances like tonight).

when daniels is on he's on. when he's not--- we saw what happened tonight.

I think daniels would have been on the floor more had Dwight seen more minutes tonight.

    Ariza + terry = asik + Lin + parsons

I hope. I think this squad has a better identity.

Terry is a glue guy. In goind to a few preseason games, and watching him on the bench take the young guys to the side and talk to them, giving the guys towels who are subbing out on the sidelines, and just coaching guys on the floor when he's out there....its a wonderful thing. He's an excellent addition to the team. That kind of stuff won't show up in a stat line, but it is needed on this team. We did not have that last year. Getting Terry was an excellent, smart move by Mr. Morey.

He even went to Howard and started offering pointers when he went out in the 1st quarter with foul trouble last night.
