I got some ways to make yao better.
1)When yao is energitic, let him offense;while he is a little bit of fatigue in second half, let him defense.
2)When Yao is offcourt, give him a pillow and lay him down, just like Steve Nash do,and give him massage to relax him to find the energy back.
3)How about giving up dunk from Yao?You know dunking costs fuel and Yao is short of that. :D

yao is in good enough condition to play offense and defense for 30 minutes. and if you let him rest on one side of the floor (like offense when tmac is in) then he can play well for 40 minutes.

yao has no injuries (knock on wood) and so he doesn't need any massages or pillows to lay down when he is on the bench.

if yao doesn't dunk he will be blocked. i'm happy with the progress he has made with attacking the rim and pushing peoiple out of the way. he needs ot keep it up.
