    I'd recommend not getting worked up over it. It's far more important to avoid a purple/red tag and rookie status than getting caught up in the me-me-me world of rep points and Member status.

    Also, be sure not to grovel for rep points - people that do this look like loser schmucks. [edit - this absolutely was not a pointed comment at anyone]

    Be a positive member of the board, and let the rest take care of itself.
