Okay, after reviewing all the evidences, pictures from TNT, comments from ESPN.. basically we know the clock did not start until the ball was released from Brandon Roy's hand, whic it's complete wrong!!! From the TNT picture, the clock was still at 0.8 sec when Roy caught the ball...... there should be good enough evidences for league to order this 0.8 sec to be replayed in their next meeting in portland!!!! remember Atlanta and Miami had their game to replay last season.. we gotta do the same for this one too!!!
