... for a rainy day in Houston. It was awesome! High film making art from an unknown writer/director with long slow meaningful dialog scenes separated by seconds of shear Pulp Fiction shock. Good ending too.
Did you see that Joe Carnahan (the Narc writer/director) was hired to direct Mission: Impossible 3? I enjoyed Narc, as well. I bought the DVD blind, and I haven't regretted it.
I really enjoyed this movie when it came out. That first action scene really set the tone for the rest of the movie and it's not quite an easily predicted ending either.
***semi-spoiler*** Yeah, I like how the ending is not all cut and dry as to who the good guys and bad guys are, it's kind of muddled like real life.
