If there are enough ventilators for everybody, sure. At the point that you have to choose between Bundy and someone who didn't intentionally infect themselves, intentionally pursuing risky behavior seems like a valid criteria. Honestly, Bundy should be in a federal prison "taking his chances like everybody else" as the right likes to say. I imagine if federal prisoners didnt have enough ventilators to go around, the Right wouldnt be making too big a fuss if there werent enough ventelators to go around for all the inmates.
