    I was wondering if the NCAA was going to try to sweep this one under the rug. This is a big allegation that I didn't hear much about after the story broke maybe more than a year ago. There were also questions about Dwayne Jarrett and him living for free w/ Leinart or something. But I haven't heard anything about that either.

    It would be a bigger scandal if Reggie Bush were actually an elite RB in the NFL.

    If there is anything to this, it won't get swept under the rug. With a major program like USC, there are too many bloodhounds that want them to go down.

    I'm not sure how much this affects Reggie anymore.

    At worse they will take his statue and make him pay the $50,00 back.

    He may have broken NCAA rules but I don't see that he did anything illegal.

    Ya...this would probably hurt USC a lot more than Reggie. They might have to forfeit games they played in (which really doesn't matter that much IMO) but could also lose some scholarships as well.

    I'm pretty sure Jarrett had to repay Leinart's dad before he could play his last season at USC.

    It won't affect Reggie. It will affect USC (as pointed out above).

    so your saying if bush is guilty of a few things. he wont have to give up the heisman?

    because if vince young would end up with it i would be vurrry vurry happy :)

    Well if he received income, didn't declare it, and didn't pay taxes on it, the IRS might have a say in this.
