I love it when they let them play, no ticky tack fouls, it took our boys one half to adjust, but man they adjusted well. It was nice to see some playoff style intensity, and some playoff style ref-ing too. Let the players decide the game. Another bad call was the call on Mobley when he was posting up Anderson I think. I was on that side of the court and they were both pushing off of each other, but Cat got called on it. Did anyone notice that after he got called for pushing off he quit trying to post up his man? For like 10 straight possessions Cat always stood there to post up his guy but once the foul was called he quit trying it. The thing I thought about during these calls was these are the calls that playoff teams get just b/c of reputation. Soon the Rockets will get these calls going there way and when that happens they're gonna be really tough to beat. ------------------ Forget LHutz, Bob Rainey is by far the coolest poster in cc.net history!

heypartner, I thought that was the right call on that francis foul, Steve was just too over physical on that play and he didnt need to be but your right Kidd and Floppton get all those calls. ------------------
So what does everyone think? 1) Did Duncan instigate an offensive foul on Cato at the end of the game when he plowed into him with his shoulder and they both went down?... I think so, good call 2) Did Avery draw a charge from Francis at mid court in the first half?... I don't think so, bad call
If a foul was called it should have been on Duncan. He leaned his body into Francis trying to creat some room between Steve and Porter. Last time I checked that is considered an illeagel pick. I know it is seldom called but if you are not going to call that then don't call the contact caused when Francis fights thru the pick. That is just wrong. ------------------
