We're starting to call Reed's number more and more. Pessimist might say it was just bc Durant was out, but if nothing else, this means we are definitely practicing plays specific for Reed, to nurture and exploit his gravity. Here's the the trap play, which was spamming the same play, twice in a row, in crunch time. I'll post some more from earlier in the game and Phx.
I wonder if Reeds success will spell doom for Sengun. And don’t you ever apologize for that beautiful dog
From Denver game ... even when we're thinking Coach isn't using Reed in 2nd half, this plays is still a good window into what they are practicing, which is evidence wanting to exploit both Amen and Reed's gravity
@heypartner most of the BBS has said that they don’t even coach or talk about offense? Knowing all of that, how are these variables possible?
That play is the video in the opening post of this thread. Since there was so much interest in it, I wanting to show that we ran the same play the possession prior, for a Reed middie, thus the aggressive response by GSW. imo, Sengun has a keeper there, ie fake DHO.
Coach draws up a Curry-esque play for Reed for the 1st play of the game. Definite sign of what we're emphasizing in practice. I've previously used YT for longer vids...compilations type stuff. Do you think I should just do shorts of single plays? I'm addicted to shorts, but they must be vertical (or square), and I don't know how to turn basketball into a video that YT will allow as a short. here's the YT of this play
I think you should cross post all of your content to yt, Instagram, X and Facebook. Maybe TikTok. Not much of a lift
I'd just take every play you break down in a single game and combine them into a video, give it a title like "Reed Sheppard breakout game vs GSW: A Breakdown".
