We are seeing about organizing a road trip to the Spurs game on Friday, 12/22/06. Anybody interested in joining us? The louder the better. The Rockets need a presence there, especially after the Spurs game here where at least 1 in 30 fans wore black.
I think buying group tickets would be best so we can all be together and hopefully get a discount. That said, we need to work out the particulars. Right now, just checking to see how much interest there is. We won't rent a bus as that adds to the expense. But we are looking to car pool. We definately want to keep costs down.
I bet if they knew about it... JVG, Tracy, or Yao would pay for a bus to get the Red Rowdies out to SA... keep making noise about it!
I'd be willing to consider doing this, that game last spring where they invaded the Toyota Center was the worst and most painful I've ever attended. Payback would be nice. Can't go but a couple of suggestions for the trip are how bout renting a school bus or those 39 dollars southwest airline flights since its more then 21 days in advance
Can't make it, but be sure to yell your asses off when they sing the SSB and get to the part about "the rockets red glare". Just like the playoffs in 95 when there were a bunch of Rocket fans at the Alamodome.

I will be there! Emjohn, I feel your pain, that spurs game last year at home was one of the worst sports experiences. To add to it, my wife who attends all the games with me is from San Antonio and her and her family are lifelong Spurs fans. We definately need some payback. Kerfeld
