Redick back in the picture and Draftexpress's integrity questioned again. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/draft2006/news/story?id=2502211
If his back is okay, meaning no surgery needed and we can't get Roy, Gay or Morrison then I say take Reddick. I just listened to an audio clip by NBA trainer David Thorpe and he says his favorite guy in the draft is JJ. He says too many people get caught in what he is not good at and not looking at what he can do. He says very few people ever, can shoot the way Redick. He is a prolific shooter with a huge range huger than Rip Hamilton. These are the same things that I see when I watch his film. Again I am not a Redick fan or at least I wasn't until I watched alot film but what Thorpe says is what I saw on film myself and only validate my thoughts and makes me want Redick even more. Listen to the clip before you comment. Thorpe on Redick I know the Rockets probably already have their man but I hope if it's not one of the elite picks that they figure a way to get Redick.
Morey didn't sound too enthusiastic. Made Redick out to be strictly a shooter and a liability on defense and the boards. Maybe it's all a smokescreen, I don't know. Personally, I wouldn't mind him at 8 if one of the "big 6" doesn't make it to us (and maybe even over Tyrus).
