Watch what Calvin does at the end with his fingertips on the ball... <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/uXK8n1tI69Q&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/uXK8n1tI69Q&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Hahah such corny dialogue but such an awesome segment. Thanks for sharing - that was a great look at Calvin.
Man...a guy like that makes you wonder. Even though athletes spend more time working on their athletic ability today, I highly doubt there is anyone in league who can dribble like that in the league today. There are just some skills in basketball that athleticism can't make up for, and perhaps that athleticism detracts from, things like ballhandling and jump-shooting that have probably declined in the past decade and change that probably legitimates the 80's and early 90's as the best era of basketball.
no one wants to watch fundamentals. you need a "sick cross" with "mad hopz" then you will gets da big $$$
That is just a solid find all around. Something positive and nostalgic to keep us entertained in the offseason. Good post
It's why he chose his college - because they would let him twirl. I saw him at a college double header in NYC at MSG do his twirling routine. He also lit it up on the court, same night!
