Marion has started all year, and with minutes came production in a BIG way. I will bet the house it is not a fluke. Marion would be my top choice for SF on the Rockets roster. Man, can he get up and down the floor and finish strong. His outside shooting is greatly improved, and he seems to never tire. I think he would be a perfect compliment to our system. ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
I hope Shandon gets some Rebs tonight , and about 6 threes , Ive got him on 3Play ------------------ Moe's Classic Signatures "Will Work for Clutch 101 Book"

Hey Francis3, Actually Langhi is a very good offensive rebounding SF and like was earlier said by HOOP-T if given the minutes big numbers would soon follow. He is for real, Langhi that is. ------------------ "I move for no man." --"So be it." [This message has been edited by DaryleWard (edited January 30, 2001).]
George Lynch would have to be one the best defending and rebounding SFs ------------------ CUT Tino These Heaves are just getting Ridiculous!
I am not sold on langhi yet, but I don't doubt him either. I would like to see him play. I don't know how well his defense will be, but I do think he will score and rebound. ------------------ As the wise Ewok philosopher, Logray, once said, "yub yub"
Repeat after me : "No chance at Mason, No chance at Mason". He is Miami's MVP, they'd be morons to tradae him. ------------------ The Rockets will be the NBA champions. Believe.
If it's a starter, then we have to give up a starter. It would be real hard to put mobley back on the bench. I say it's the pacers, and they want either Collier or Thomas. Maybe Los for bender or Harrington? ------------------
Glad to hear it, but what makes you say that? I must say I'm very excited about Langhi, and would like to think he can be our starting SF, but so far, everything I've heard on him has just been speculation. ------------------
If the rockets make a trade it will probably be for a 3 or a 5 to shore up some rebounds. Centers are rare, so if the rockets make a trade it will, in my opinion, be a SF with a knack for the glass and that can run. Here's a list of SFs that would help out on the glass. SAR 20 ppg, 9.6 rpg Bender 3.2 ppg 1.6 rpg Marion 15.7, 10.4 Lewis 14.7, 7.3 Mash 20.4, 7.9 Mason 15.1, 9.4 Odom 15.9, 7.9 Robinson 22.7, 7.3 My favs from this list are Odom, Bender, and Lewis. Bender is a couple of years away, but he SHOULD be able to get after the boards. I haven't seen him enough at the NBA level to know if he can defend at the 3 night in and night out. Lewis would be hard to pry from seattle and I don't know if he would come. Odom is just a dream... I have only seen Phoenix play once this year, is marion for real or is he a product of no one else on the defensive boards? Mash, Mason, and SAR are probably the easiest to pull away from their teams, with Charlotte probably wanting the most.
