Utah trades: SG DeShawn Stevenson (4.6 ppg, 1.4 rpg, 0.7 apg in 12.5 minutes)
SF Andrei Kirilenko (12.0 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.7 apg in 27.7 minutes)
Utah receives: SG Cuttino Mobley (17.5 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.9 apg in 41.7 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +0.9 ppg, -2.5 rpg, and +0.5 apg.

Houston trades: SF Glen Rice (9.0 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 1.1 apg in 24.7 minutes)
SG Cuttino Mobley (17.5 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.9 apg in 41.7 minutes)
PF Eddie Griffin (8.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.1 apg in 24.5 minutes)
Houston receives: SG DeShawn Stevenson (4.6 ppg, 1.4 rpg, 0.7 apg in 61 games)
SF Andrei Kirilenko (12.0 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.7 apg in 80 games)
    PF Shareef Abdur-Rahim (19.9 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 3.0 apg in 81 games)
Change in team outlook: +1.4 ppg, +2.4 rpg, and +0.3 apg.

Atlanta trades: PF Shareef Abdur-Rahim (19.9 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 3.0 apg in 38.1 minutes)
Atlanta receives: SF Glen Rice (9.0 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 1.1 apg in 62 games)
PF Eddie Griffin (8.6 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.1 apg in 77 games)
Change in team outlook: -2.3 ppg, +0.1 rpg, and -0.8 apg.

    TRADE ACCEPTED

Utah does the trade because they have 2 good SF, but no real SG. They get a legit SG in Mobley. Atlanta does it because they get a vet in Rice, which they could use in the offseason to go after FA. Atlanta also gets a potential star in Griffin. Houston does it to fill up the SF hole and upgrade their 3+4 spots. This would be out line-up.

    PG-S. Francis/Moochie Norris
    SG-Eric Piatkowski/DeShawn Stevenson\
    SF-Andri Kiralinko/Andrian Griffin
    PF-Shareef Abdur Rahim/Maurice Taylor
    C-Yao Ming/Kelvin Cato

This would make us a lock to the playoffs.

I don't think the Jazz are going to trade Andrei Kirilenko and their starting sg for Cuttino Mobley.

Even if they do have 2 good sf's, I doubt Utah would trade kirilenko.

Yeah i agree there.. although i would not mind adding Kirenlinko(dont know how to spell his last name)... i would love having that player... He would bring some strength to the frontline.. Hasnt he averaged like 2 blocks a game.. That would be pretty good..

Kirilenko is the player the Jazz are going to build around, he isn't leaving Utah for a long time. Pipe dream.

Wow, building a team around Kirilenko? That's funny.

He's probably off limits, but they're certainly not building around him.

ya, kirelinko is off limits, but i think harpring could be had, for mobley plus fillers.
Harpring would fit in nicely, he can shoot the 3, play d, and is tough

You must not have seen him play much last season. He is a Dirk type player who will have a very nice career in this league. Utah will build around him because they don't have anything else to build around.

Not quite at Dirk's offensive level (although he is very efficient with his shots and a smart player), but he is Dirk's superior when it comes to defense. AK-47 is an absolute monster when it comes to steals and blocks. He looks wiry and too skinny, but don't let appearances deceive. Although Utah isn't rebuilding around him, per se, he will be a great player for them and is basically untouchable unless a VERY VERY good offer is in the mix.

EDIT- Oh, and the trade won't work. At all. Too lopsided for Rox.

The Jazz won't trade Kirilenko & SAR is a sf in the west.
