    how much commission (percentage wise) does an agent get from the sale of a brand new home? And how much would the seller get?

    2-6% is more accurate. It's all negotiable.

    Also, a 'Realtor' is a licensed Real Estate salesman that is part of the 'Realtor' group that is kind of like a guild. They don't have to be Realtors to sell real estate. In fact, you don't even have to have a real estate license to sell or rent your own property.

    which email? i'm not sure how to check it. I have several email accounts and have a hard time keeping up with them. The one I have with the clutchfans account is not active so I can't see it. my new email is br1ju@yahoo.com. thanks.
