http://www.hoopsnotes.com/2010/07/houston-rockets-close-in-on-brad-miller/ According to Gery Woelfel of the Racine Journal-Times, the Rockets are closing in on Brad Miller. The veteran center has been in talks with a lot of teams but there’s a good chance he will join his former coach during his time with the Kings, Rick Adelman.
I'm not entirely against this signing; he can make a positive contribution, and will be valuable for the right price.
this excites me Brad will be the backup we been needing.. everyone thats against it will be changing their tunes this season
brad is going to be perfect for his role! i am very excited about this!! hes, not great, but he will be great for his role.
He is a finesse style player but I think his toughness goes unnoticed around these parts. Much needed toughness.
Too lazy to look it up, but Brad had something like the 44th best PER out of nab centers last year. That's horrible. Maybe he cn hold down the fort in case of injury, but he wont contribute to winning basketball in any way. He can't anymore. Not that he was ever the winner many make him out to be. His years in Sacramento came as they were beginning their decline. Yes. I think Miller is old and useless signing. I hope they do t pen more than the vet minimum.
ill take miller in a heart beat knowing we cant play yao to much at the start of the season and his future is still uncertain in the long run. miller is just about what the doctor ordered.
