Just to introduce myself to those that don't know me on the board, I am a Mexican immigrant that recently came to the United States. My name is Jose. I would like to express my thanks to all the people here. Since coming here from across the gulf a month ago, I have been so surprised at how welcoming everyone has been. Let me give an example. The other day my friends here asked me to watch a baseball game. I said, "Would love to! Great!" However, I did not know the cost and I could not afford the ticket. They offered to pay but I could not accept such a large gift. I told them it is fine because I had another way to watch the game the way we did back in Mexico. They felt comforted and let me on my way. When the game started, I climbed up an extremely tall pole that oversaw the entire stadium just below some sheets hung at the top. I was really overwhelmed by how concerned everyone was! Just before the game started... everyone stood up... turned and looked at me... And said, "Jose, can you see?"
Are you gonna do this every day? If so, please come with something we all haven't heard twenty thousand times already.
