    Rice, MoT, TMo, Mooch, KT, and Hawkins are just dead weight - trade material or early retirement. Even Griffin is starting to press the envelope. There is little offense and little intelligence with these guys.

    Future of the team is with Yao, Mobley, Stevie, Nachabar, Cato, and hopefully Tito...a terrific nucleus.

    Isn't it time the Rocks acknowledge this? It is time for smart ball. The turnovers and poor shooting are depressing.

    Griffin has been in the NBA for ONE year and TWO months.
    He had ONE year of college. Came in at 19.

    even if Rice is playing well, he is short term
