This is why you don't make posts before they play the game.

With all due respect to Rudy, Flip is a better coach. Rudy is a very smart coach, but, I can't beleive this is possible, he lacks consistency. lol

    How do you figure?

Give Rudy Garnett, Wally, Brandon, Billups, Smith, and now Marc Jackson, and I bet he could coach them to a top 5 finish.

haven't you guys ever heard of the reverse jinx? sheesh . . .

okay, I eat crow this time in a big way. Best game of the year for the Rockets (defense & ball movement??) and probably for Rudy, with the exception of the last 30 seconds of the first half.

Yay! D and ball movement. Can we bottle it? Did the lineup help?

    Good D and ball movement?

If only they could play this way all the time.

Rockets show signs of greatness (beating the Wizards), then get beat by 40 (Redd for 3) and then rise to the challenge (beating Flip and Garney with defense). They are a good team that needs to meld. With Tay back in the line-up, a year of experience for the next Rocket HOFer Griffin and Cato playing like he is (Shhh...don't wake him up) the Rockets can contend next year. Rudy has a plan and it is starting to come together.

Tell that to Rudy's 2 championship rings.

Give Rudy that and we would atleast get to WCF instead of getting swept in the first round every freakin year.

Saunders is a good coach, but he aint **** compared to Rudy.

How many playoff series has a Saunder's coached team won? The NBA teams I have coached have combined for as many playoff series wins as the Wolves under Saunders.
