One more note about this, it of course solves the Mobley problem, and it turns Francis from a mediocre-passing PG to an excellent-passing PG. Assists all over the place.

Maybe you're right, Mobley helped to keep us close..... What i'm saying is Mobley can come off the bench as the sixth man, now to do that, we would need someone to fill-up the spot, say Glen Rice, then move Griffin to small forward (where he fits best) and Taylor at the 4 spot . Cato and Collier could then come off the bench. A shuffle in rotation could help, if there's absolutely no way of trading Mobley, hope that Rox do so when Glenn comes back.
I'm not a kid and I agree just tell Mobley to leave or go play horse on the playground court by himself.Mobley is selfish,and yes he will hit some shots, but any NBA guard can shoot 10-60 and score 20.
