If Toronto didn't want to go for Steve Nash, and traded for Kyle Lowry pre-FA-period with their draft pick(8th) instead of a future 1st(Steven Adams), Andre Drummond could be a Thunder now. Good luck trying to win a championship against that team.

Not really, since I'm not so sure the Rockets would have given away Drummond in the Harden trade, since they were very high on him. So what you're saying is very hypothetical.

Morey most likely picks Parsons there if he had to do a redo. For as much hate as Morey gets for the Morris pick, Morris was picked about where he should go. There were guys picked after him that were better, but about the same number of guys went before him that he is outperforming.

    If I'm drafting today-

    #1- Davis... of course
    #2- Drummond
    #3- Lillard
    #4- Barnes
    #5- Beal
    #6- MKG
    #7- Terrence Jones
    #8- Sullinger
#9- John Henson (still has potential)
    #10- T. Zeller
#11- M Leonard (still has potential)
    #12- Waiters
    #13- T. Robinson
    #14- M. Harkless
    #15- T. Ross
    #16- J. Lamb
    #17- A. Nicholson
    #18- Wroten
    #19- Fournier
    #20- Ezeli
    #21- Rivers
    #22- Tyshawn Taylor
    ......
Everyone else I dont see as ever being able to start in the NBA.

Overall this ended up being a pretty decent draft, but plenty of misses in the top 15.

Interesting thing though is its possible that athletic ability could be causing teams to overrate players. Obviously MKG, Terrence Ross, Thomas Robinson went too high because of their athletic ability as opposed to where they actually were as basketball players. These 3 guys could be very good players in the future, but quickly got outplayed by much more skilled basketball players in their first year. Could it be possible that athleticism is slightly over valued???

I feel like people who praise this guy haven't seen his shooting form. It's holy **** levels of bad.

He was a pretty bad pick at that position in the draft.

The one thing everyone seems to agree on is that Drummond was the second best player in the draft. I remember shaking my head as he fell in the draft. He was the obvious pick after Davis. Close to 7 feet, 270 pounds, as quick as most starting point guards in the league. But Detroit picked him and then immediately miscast him with Monroe. He and Smith would benefit immensely if Detroit would trade Monroe for a stretch 4.

Looking kind of like a really crap draft thus far, just like 2013.

Maybe I am a sucker, but I still have hope for MKG. He is an actually good NBA player despite that busted shot. And shots can be fixed, especially for a guy this young.

It'll never happen, but MKG is a perfect guy for our team right now. Would love to have him and his defense on the wing.

His shooting would be a converse liability, though. If anyone outside of dwight/omer is afraid to take and make a 3's, our offense goes down the drain.

Sullinger had disc issues didn't he? back injuries at that age aren't good.
