Nope. Regardless, he sucked in 2013 and has almost certainly regressed in his time away from the game.
Very little, but honestly, his whole "I'm a rehabilitated man" campaign is happening at just the right time to where I could maybe see it. If Bob McNair would get on board with it, I think it would be very likely. The question is if Bob McNair would believe that he's truly rehabilitated.
Beyond the domestic violence case and Bob McNair being publicly adamant about be zero tolerance, I've already touched on the fact that he's physically done in the Foster injury thread. With his last full season with the Ravens he only averaged 3.1 yards per carry. For a reference, Alfred Blue as a rookie with very poor vision averaged 3.1 ypc. Rice had an additonal 45 carries more than Blue, and only amassed 132 yards more than him. Ontop of that Rice had a 1st down percentage of 13.1 while blue had a slight bump to 17.2% 1st down rate. Rice also had 2 fumbles to Blue's 0. Blue will also contribute on special teams, of which I would highly doubt Rice doing so. Unless he's really trying to get back in the NFL. Due to Rice's small stature he isn't built for a long career. While you've got Blue who is only in his 2nd year and still has room for improvement. This isn't an endorsement for Blue to be RB1, I still feel like they need to acquire another guy to compete for that spot. What it is though, is proof that you already have a guy comparable to Rice, and one you expect to be better over the course of the season considering his age, maturation, and increased knowledge of being a 2nd year pro.
As a receiving back he's still solid. Let him and Thomas compete in camp. Also need to consider that Alfred Blue is arguably the best special teams player and if he's starting, you wouldn't want to tire his legs out on special teams so the more backs they can throw in there to minimize Blue's workload the better.
NFL fan. Slam 15 beers and another 1,400 calories in edible carbs in a 3 hour span then bring up the biggest name possible for no reason. I remmmmber that there GLEN Cofeeeee in the SEC, that kiddd couldaa runnnn, what's heeee doing?

How so? He hasn't played in 2 years and his last year's receiving numbers were the lowest of his career. But this is neither here nor there, I suppose. He ain't comin' here.
