Ngata won't be full health either. Sucks for the Texans. I want them to beat the Ravens at full strength.

Yeah I feel for them knowing what we had to go through last year. You wanna win, you don't want it like that though.

We weren't full strength when they beat us, and we're not full strength now.

damn. you hate seeing the best players going down. I know I always poke fun at Ray lewis dancing like he has ants going up his pants, but he means so much to that D. Good luck to them, even though they do a great job in drafting for their front seven.

You hate to see injuries to any team, especially when it's leaders and playmakers. I think ON THE FIELD, the Webb injury has a much larger impact on the defense than the Lewis injury. It's clear that Ray isn't the same game changing player that he's been over the last few seasons, and they have excellent depth at the LB position, so I actually think this isn't a big deal for them. Off the field, in terms of leadership, it's a lot like the Cushing injury. Psychologically, the team is probably going to miss his intensity and motivational tactics, but they will survive. Webb's injury is a big blow, no matter how you slice it. He's their shutdown corner who takes the other team's number 1 week in and week out, and now they are going to have to rely on Jimmy Smith. While Smith is no slouch, he also has tendencies that good WRs can exploit. Haloti Ngata's injury is also going to have ramifications....especially against a team that can run the ball like the Texans. It will be a very different run defense without Ngata and Lewis holding down the middle. It will be interesting to see how the Ravens compensate for these losses.

On a plus note for them, Terrell Suggs is now eligible to come off the PUP list and practice with the team. It couldn't be coming at a better time for them, since they are going to need all the play makers they could possibly get.

The Ravens couldn't stop the Cowboys from running so let's hope its the same next week.

Lewis & Webb both out for the year.

After talking about the last 2 weeks though and who is out(vs the Texans), it doesn't really matter anymore. Still have to go out and play.

"Revis and Holmes and Keller and Pouha and Hill are all out for the Jets! We're gonna smash them!" ---> We won, you take it but hardly what everyone thought.

"Raji and Benson and Jennings out, Finley banged up, we have a good shot at beating these guys!" ---> Whoops.

With Lewis and Webb out, they will need Suggs to return and play like a madman later on. Might be tough coming off a serious injury.

This might be a shootout next week. Raven can stink on offense, but they also can put up 35. Let's hope Joseph is healthy and Kareem plays better.

I hate season ending injuries period. No matter what team. Id rather beat a team at their best than at their worst.

that being said, it looks like a two horse race.

Terrell Suggs is probably a good 2 to 4 weeks away from seeing ANY game time, and Haloti Ngata has a sprained MCL and is expected to miss 1 to 4 weeks.
