Entering the 10th year in my money league. It's a 12 team league with a snake style draft. There is no PPR in this league, all touchdowns are worth 6 points, QB's get a point per 50 yards passing and backs and receivers get 1 point per 20 yards rushing and receiving. With that out of the way, here's my team: QB: Eli Manning/Andy Dalton RB: Arian Foster/Maurice Jones-Drew/Darren Sproles/Vick Ballard/Ronnie Hillman WR: Demariyus Thomas/Hakeem Nicks/T.Y. Hilton/Lance Moore/Greg Little TE: Antonio Gates K: Greg Zuerlein Def: Steelers/Buccaneers
You're going to have a week-to-week decision on your QBs based on match ups -- both are QB2s that can put up big numbers based on who they're playing. You've got two red flag RBs coming off heavy loads and one with a serious injury/ surgery, but both are doing well now. If Arian and Jones-Drew return to form you're looking good -- Sproles is a PPR monster, but middle of the pack in standard. Hillman will split carries with Monte Ball at best -- Ballard can be dropped. Thomas is a stud without question -- Nicks is still hobbled. Hilton is ready to break out and move past Hey-Bey and will probably end up your #2 or #3 WR about even with Lance Moore. Greg Little is a complete wild card. Gates will get a lot of dump downs from the now noodle armed Rivers, but Gates has lost more than a step and is far from elite in 2013. Bucs D has made huge upgrades and looks excellent on paper.
10 team auction draft. Obviously very top heavy due to the auction draft. Have high risk high reward type players on the bench. Will see which of the Steelers' RB's get the bulk carries (if any) and will cut accordingly. Will switch out defense regularly.
