For a renter....I'm tryin to lease a place in brickell, outside Miami since I'm taking a year off to focus on another venture with a partner in brickell and it's been 3 days since my application was signed by my future landlord and my realtor has deposited my 2 checks of basically 3 months rent(1st rent and last rent+security) anyways 2 days passed and I'm awaiting condo board approval......these guys wanted bank account info, criminal records(I had a DUI at 19 but it was removed and I didn't circle being arrested for felony or misdemeanor) I'm just getting stressed out that I'm gonna get denied over some bs bc it's been 2 days and the almighty condo association board made of 3 uppity women hasn't approved me yet owner of the condo has and wanted me in by oct 1 and I still haven't been able to buy a plane ticket! For the record I live at the royalton in Houston and the condo approval was a non factor

TOTALLY depends on particular board, and to a lessor degree.....the overall real estate market. If your particular unit was the only one available in that condo, I'd say it TOTALLY depends on those three uppity women. That being said, try not to sweat it. I know some people hate this saying, but "it is what it is."

If you don't like that saying, recite the serenity prayer because this is something--that for the most part--you can't change.
