I'm all about that H -- so, H will always remain... 1a - '17 Astros 1b - ''94 Rockets 3 - '95 Rockets 4 - '05 Horns '94 Rox vs '17 Stros is a tough call. '94 is the First ever, but gets knocked easily. I know many will disagree, but whatever. __ '95 shares a special place due to the complete underdog aspect.. plus MJ played. EVERY NBA champion has been FOUR-seed or higher -- 1995 Rockets were SIX.... not 3, not 4, not 5. The Drexler-Dream Slama reunion was awesome no doubt. Clyde's 95 playoffs was his last career All-Star production. So great beating everyone, and the Way we did. Hakeem destroying DRob. Oh my, the highlights. ___ Love the Horns, but UT is clearly last IMO for HOU. SMGDH @ those who cheered TEN over Texans because VY was a Titan. What says you? - Had to edit ---- Mayne, Stros-HOUSTON just won the damn SHIP !!! History Book Dynasty might go down. Stros so young and ballin !!!!
1. 95 Rockets 2. 94 Rockets 3. 2017 Astros if the Rockets somehow won a chip this year, then the Astros get bumped down to #4 congrats to the Astros tho...what a season
The '94 Rockets will always be the most emotional and significant for me. First major championship for the city and the birth of Clutch City. That said, the 2017 Astros are the better team compared to the rest of the league. 1) 2017 Astros 2) 1994 Rockets 3) 1995 Rockets
Dude there would not be 95 without 94 Clutch city was the best we beat the knicks and the media was dogging us the whole time Maxwell for three
The Astros logo and uniforms are significantly better than the rockets right now The Rockets should return their back to their roots The Astros brought back the orange The rockets need to bring back the yellow
Basketball will always be my favorite sports and the Dream is still the greatest athlete from the city of Houston, but the Astros are the most dominant sports team relative to their league ever in this city. This team has studs that haven't even hit their prime years yet.
Yeah. I sai 94 was better. Virginity lost. '95 was a more unprecendented run. It's great having choices. Stros added to them tonight and forever.
Stros reminded me of 94, because in 94, we had the best player in the world and the one of top records in the league. plus, it went 7.
'95 Rockets, just because how they went about it in the Playoffs, but they were mediocre until.... These Astros did it all year...
They are basically the Warriors when they first won where you saw them and win and went man...this is not good for the rest of the league... Has to scare the league if the Astros are willing to pay for this team and even fix their bullpen. I see a lot of Stros haters are hoping the Astros won't open the checkbook for this team, because that is the main thing that would stop this team from being a dynasty.
Every year people say a new team will become the next dynasty. I've seen it happen with the Royals and then the Cubs last year. Ironically, the last true "dynasty" team was the SF Giants and no one was predicting that they'd be a dynasty after their 1st WS win.
