    Yankees-Diamondbacks Reach Deal for Johnson

NEW YORK - The Yankees and Arizona reached a tentative agreement Thursday on a trade that would send Randy Johnson to Arizona, a move that allows the Big Unit's agents to get him a contract extension.

The teams informed the commissioner's office of the specifics of the trade, a baseball official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because no announcement had been made.

This thread may as well be renamed: Clemens Back to the Yankees. With this deal, Roger can thank the D-Backs for making it happen.

Nice. Although I still like the fact that my team is the ONLY team to come back from an 0-3 deficit to win a playoff series and they did it against this p.o.s. franchise from New York. :D :p ;)
