Hasn't missed in six games going 11 for 11. Maybe he's figured it out? I haven't been watching so you tell me.
I'm afraid that once the games start mattering again, he'll revert back to his awful mechanics. It does seem like he's at least TEMPORARILY fixed whatever hitch he had in his swing, but I won't have faith that it's completely gone for a long, long time. The damage he did at the beginning of the season is still fresh in my mind.
He will be our kicker next season. Too many holes to fill. Kicker isn't a huge need. Growing pains. He has gotten it together.
Not sure why people assume he has no pressure. Maybe not pressure to win the game, but his job is on the line, especially with a new coach coming on.
Told you guys! Post #10 http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=248155 Plus he's from Houston... sucks man.
Bullock still sucks. Even crappy kickers get on good streaks every once in awhile. FG kicking is 80% mental, IMO. Similar to free throw shooting in NBA games.
You are either born clutch or you aren't. Bullock looks like he wasn't born with it. Meanwhile, players like Vinatieri and Tucker were.
He has looked a lot better recently. Earlier in the year his misses were atrocious shanks. The ball is coming off a lot cleaner.
He has earned a chance to compete for the starting job next year, but by no means should his performance currently means he should have guaranteed roster spot next season.
