    The PRC is in a tough spot with this. They know that NK is a huge headache but if that regime collapses it isn't good for the PRC. At the sametime if anything goes bad on the whole peninsula it is bad since SK is one of the PRC's major trading partners.

    My guess is that the PRC are working quietly behind the scenes. Allowing NK or anyone else threaten SK infrastructure isn't good but the PRC can't publicly come out and slap NK down.
