    not this year, but when jameer nelson returns, the Magic will have a very good PG rotation. They've added a good piece of their puzzle, IMO.

    so what if he does?? it's not like he's going to CARRY them to it. It would be because of Howard and lewis, etc. It's not like we're giving away Garnetts and Pierces here...

    Yeah, the Magic were not going to get out of the second round without Nelson. Now, I pretty much have them going against either Boston or Cleveland for a ring.

    Sure, Alston was pretty bad in our rotation. But with so many better players at shooting the 3 (Turkoglu, Lewis, etc.), and model of Yao Ming in the middle in Dwight Howard, there's no reason to suspect that Alston will do horribly in the Orlando atmosphere.

    Anyways, I wish Rafer the best of luck. And the Rockets org definitely made a move. Only time will tell if it works out for us.


    PS: Wouldn't it be ironic if it was Houston vs Orlando in the Finals? :D

    all trades go this way for a role player, either a player fades or they come out better than ever. There's a 50/50 chance he'll play better there, we can't do anything about it though since the motivation for it would be being traded and not just him becoming a better player.

    Magic gave up a 1st round pick on Rafer and will give up 2 future 1st round picks to get rid of him. :D
