it does'nt matter. the good part is if either rafer/bobby sucks, they will be taken out. usually one of them shows up though when both play.

bobby was HORRIBLE last night. he was worse than rafer ever was last yr b/c at least rafer shot 33%. jackson was 3-15.

I get the feeling that if Rafer comes back ANY time in this series he is going to re-injure himself. Just a hunch but I think he needs more rest than he is going to get.

Rafer is the best defender and ball-handler on this team. This can only be a plus for us.

Good news. Definitely not world-altering but not only did B Jax shoot 0-for-the-century but he was also strictly looking for his own shot. You need a guy in there to create for others. Enter Rafer.

    Can he shoot?

Because that is what we need.

You guys have to put into mind that we had trouble scoring last night and Rafer can create better for others, hes a better ballhandler and better defender. This can only help us.

He does not create for others, he creates for himself.....he is a better ball handler, and possibly defender.

But it is not our defense or setting up others that cost us the game, it was the lack of making wide open shots.

I hope he can and let's hope he will help us. Bobby is only effective comming from the bench. Rafer needs to control the game, he needs to be a real playmaker.

I really hope he can play

No point in resting him up.

Tomorrow's game is DO OR DIE.

Lose and the Rockets get swept or lose in 5 games.

Win, and we still have a shot.

As opposed to BJax out there? Rafer definitely tries to set people up more than BJax. BJax is exactly the type of player that was never meant to start. A natural two, that we're starting at the point to begin with, but a natural two that strictly looks for his own shot and is a streaky shooter.

Rafer playing isn't going to make-or-break the series but considering our success with him in the line up i'll take it.
