Skip played his tail off but both of these guys need to become better at hitting open shots.

I know they lost a rough series, but come on. You can't honestly think they would be playing air hockey in tears.

They cry all the way to the bank then go play air hockey. Why beat themselves up over it, they already lost. Might as well enjoy the time off.

Skip: "As long as JVG is back next year, I will still be a starter. Oh, and I am rich biatch!"

Luc: "I still can't believe I am in the NBA! I was playing pickup basketball at the Fonde and before I knew it I was inking a multi-million dollar contract. Miracles REALLY do happen."

please. even though these guys get paid to play ball, they have to be extremely competitive to make it to the NBA. that competitive nature doesnt just disappear once they start getting money (for most people). that being said, i think all pro sports players should be paid based on how well the team does. everyone should have a base salary (1-3 million per year) and after that, the best teams make the most money and the worst teams make the least. thats the only true way to guarantee that we see 100% effort from professional atheletes.

I would have done the exact same thing, don't know about the air hockey. I would definitely be drinking my ass off thats for sure so props to them for keeping it PG-13.

If they ever go out in public that must mean they don't care about the loss.

    thats what I did :(
i'm still not over it....I dont expect the players to be over it yet either...
Yao and tracy were taking it hard....I expect palyers to atleast take a couple of days/weeks to get over it rather than 24 hrs.....

I fully expect every single Rockets player to be sitting at home....in the fetal position....watching "When Harry Met Sally" over, and over, and over....with a box of Kleenex....until camp.

It is unacceptable for them to have lives outside of Rockets basketball. :D :D :D

to a certain extent. It will always bug you.." man, they/we could have won that series", i expect those feelings are still with the players and will be for a long time. But i dont think that a day or 2 later you should still be sulking around like eyeore. I'd imagine that even thought they were laughing at the time... but during the drive home or the getting ready for bed, im sure they still think about it
