The "leader of the band" has died of prostate cancer. This saddens me. I grew up listening to his albums as a kid with my parents. He had so many good songs. He was extremely talented and his songs kind of defined a generation. Rest in peace. 1951-2007
Wasn't the "leader of the band" actually Dan's father? Anyway, Dan Fogelberg has always been one of my favorites. RIP

I knew that before I posted. But that song aside when I think of Dan Fogelberg's music he's the 'leader of the band' in my mind.
