    When asked,why he threw the ball away when a shot could have won the game Pippen replied "Since all of my teammates are fat asses, I thought our most best chane to win was for me to float the ball in front of the hoop and to hope Michael would run in and jam it for us. It always worked before."

    OK I'm going to try one more. but I would appreciate it if some of you would pile on. Try it, it is more fun than you think.

    Pippen when asked if perhaps the game was passing him by replied, "No in fact I am expanding my game. When I cost Houston a playoff, I had to fall down and risk injury to myself. But I was able cost Portland the playoff, from off the court. See, I have expanded my game right of the court."

    After failing to beat the Lakers once in the past two playoff series, Scottie Pippen was asked what went wrong.

    Pippen: "This is all Charles Barkley's fault. I'm the greatest player ever. Did you guys notice how Michael, in his first season without me, didn't even make the playoffs this year? That punk ain't got nothing on me!"
