    Has anyone actually tried the " if your not satisfied, get a free sub" promo?

    Do they complain?
    Does it depend on the store whether it be franchise or corporate?
    Is it a gimmick???

    Go to their website and sign up for the monthly coupons they send out. Most of the coupons are pretty good like 2 bucks off a large sub, or a free combo, etc..
