    Got nicotine patches and gonna start today. Embarking on a new life!

    works different for everyone. today is day 29 for me...cold turkey.

    good luck. my only advice is going to bed at the end of the night after resisting the temptation has tasted better than any cig would've. at least that's what i tell myself.
