Quicktime problem

I downloaded the file set it up on my computer went to the Quicktime movie trailers and all I get is a white screen

I even tried
http://www.jeeperscreepers2.net
so I could see the new trailer for the movie but still I get the white screen.

Anyone ever had quicktime problems?
How do you fix it

I've downloaded it twice to fix a problem once. You might uninstall then install it again. If that doesn't work, refer to the www.apple.com/quicktime site for help?
