Quick question re: Sura

Well he's certainly not active. Right now he's taking up one of the three inactive slots, along with Novak and Bonzi.

As for being on the roster, one thing that will be useful is the fact that his contract next year has a buyout for $1 million. That means that we can trade him for the full $4 million amount, but the other team would be able to dump salary. That's how Denver got JR Smith last summer, when they traded Howard Eisley's partially guaranteed contract to Chicago, who were looking to clear cap room.

 

I think Sura is "eating a slot" as we speak. Let the man be.

i dont have a problem with Sura eating a slot, as long as it doesn't prevent Novak from getting in there.

Now what slot wants to be filled by someone that plays less than minutes at a time.

 

there's gotta be a 5 minute quicke slot that can be filled by a player other than Sura.
