Is there anything wrong with buying games from ebay? If the game is used, would there be license issue? Is there anything else I need to worry about?

I have bought other things on ebay before, just not games or software.

    Thanks

I've bought old Nintendo games that work fine and have had no legal problems.

Can't help you with PC games, but I've purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 PS2 games on Ebay, and I've had great experiences all around.

It is legal to buy original copies of PC games on eBay, just make sure that if it is a game that requires a unique key that they assure you they are no longer using the key. If you buy a game that has a unique key (almost all games now) and they still use the key, when you try to connect for online play (and now for play in general with some games like Half-Life 2) you won't be able to connect.
