Questions and coments about garnett post game interview

In my opinion, it was KG being his vintage fraud self. I believe there's a delay in the feed in case anything like that happens. Speaking of frauds, Lol @ Stern getting booed.

Stern shouldn't have been booed, he should've been crowned as a king by Boston.

 

I won't bother going through KG's career, but I'm not surprised he had trouble composing himself. I'm very happy for him. He may not be the most clutch player, but he plays hard, had a great career and loves the game of basketball.

 

How is KG a fraud? Not that I'm disagreeing, I've just never heard that about him before. What did he do?

 

I could say that about 1,000 other nba players too!

 

Only problem I had with KG is him not shouting out his real hometown Greenville, South Carolina 1st, which is where I'm from. He shouted out Minny and Chi-Town before his own hometown. But then again the way he was forced out and sent up North he may still be holding a grudge.

Congrats KG BRING THAT RING BACK HOME!

 

The dude just won a championship...and put his team on his back with huge plays.

Besides which, wth is there for him to gain for beating his chest? It's obvious that despite KG's previous shortcomings, he's always had an emotional passion for the game and it shows in his intensity. If he's being a "fraud", I sure as hell wish more players would be "faking" and grabbing 26 points/14 rebounds and picking up a championship along the way.

 

1,000 other players haven't had the career KG's had. For me, it's very special to watch great players win their 1st championship 10+ years into their career.

 

I don't understand all the hatred for him. He wears his emotions on his sleeves, which I like about him(i'm the same way). I could stand to see him cut out the cursing a bit, but other than that, I love his intensity and passion for his craft.

Him, pierce and allen deserve this moment.

 

What's with all the hate for KG? The dude has passion for the game and I'm thrilled to see him finally win it all.

 

Cmon man, the chest thumping for no reason, jumping up and down all the time, yelling and screaming after routine plays. Some might say he's very intense, but I just don't think it's authentic. Others might say that he brings it every night, but that's irrelevant because many others bring it every night as well minus the extra curricular stuff. He reminds a little of Carlos Zambrano of the Cubs. I just think overall it's fake excitement, thus I labeled him a fraud.

Congrats to the Celtics though. Getting Ray Allen for Jeff Green was a good move, which shows that we should've gotten a lot more for Rudy Gay.

 

The hatred for KG is another one of those Clutchfans phenomena that can't be explained. Just bizarre. I don't like his excessive displays either, but his intensity and effort during games represent what is good about the NBA.

 

Someone please post that postgame footage.

Just because people don't look like they're intensely and insanely into the game, doesn't mean they are not. I get that KG looks sooo intense, but I'm pretty damn sure that just about every other player focuses just as hard. They just don't have to bank on by making a scene.
