If a woman has a third nipple, let's say a little under her left breast, and goes to the beach in a bikini, and the bikini doesnt cover her third nipple, is it indecent exposure? I can see it both ways. On one hand, the nipple is not on her breast, so there is nothing indecent about it. On the other, the nipple is the essence of the breast.
