[Question] What is the penalty in Texas for driving in a circumstance that violates a restriction?

    In particular, a violation of Restriction B (which states you have to drive with a licensed driver over the age of 21.) If you're not supposed to drive by yourself, but you do have a valid driver's license and the car is insured, is it just a ticket? And is this situation typically a big deal? Overall, if you drive lawfully and with the speed limit, you shouldn't be pulled over in the first place, correct? Thanks in advance.
