I just heard about it recently, and i thought it was a little far fetched even for you guys. Isn't the nut grabbing male cheer leaders bad enough?

The j*zz jar was an Aggie bonfire tradition before their rivalry game with the Longhorns. Cadets would be masturbated by a cheer leader into a jar and then place it in the outhouse (symbolizing the UT tower) on top of the woodpile before the fire was lit. The surviving jars are used to fertilize the A&M sheep stock for the following school year.

You know Aggies don't have female cheerleaders, right?

I never said it was which is why I'm asking here on the board. I wanted to see if any Aggies had actually heard of it. I had a coworker/friend that was in the corp and he told me about some of the stupid things that he had to do as a freshman, which is the reason why I even thought it was feasible.

Sorriest rumor I've ever read. College rivalries and school spirit are simultaneously the dumbest and mo$t important thing$ about state schools.

I admit the corps does some pretty stupid stuff, but you do realize they make up a mere 3% of the student body, right?

Just hilarious when I read stuff like "you guys," placing everyone at A&M in the same group as the corps, when over 90% of the students are completely disconnected and unaffected by them.

yea that sounds about right. In what is considered to be a conservative school, and town, all that stuff passes by.

The Corp is their own separate thing. They live in their own fairytale world. Never heard of j*zz jars though.

See, the sad thing about a guy like you is in 50 years you're gonna start doing some thinking on your own and you're gonna come up with the fact that there are two certainties in life.

    One: don't do that.

And two: you dropped eighty grand on a ----in' education you could've got for a dollar-fifty in restocking fees at the Pottery Barn.

I guess the quote "only steers and queers come from Texas" really holds up in College Station.
