You know how I know you're gay? Anyway, it's tough to tell from YouTube videos because even legitimate live perforance vids have out of sync audio because of crappy rips and uploads. But as a general rule of thumb, if it's a pop act then the chances are very good that they're lip syncing. And if this is from the period where they were managed by that Perlman guy who made those other boy bands, then I'd say it's almost certain that they're lip syncing.
