Nope, if you already have a Ps3 you're good to go.

I have an original Fat PS3 40 GB HD.

Using Move just fine with a PS eye I bought a year ago.

    Ping Pong is SICK!

You don't need a new PS3, though keep in mind that the bundle you linked to doesn't include the nav controller (or whatever it is called). Some games might need that. Though you can just use your normal PS3 controller for the same functionality I believe. Just won't be as convenient.

Some games might require two "wands" too IIRC.

Sports Champions is the best game out right now for the move. On the bronze (easiest difficulty) it's pretty fun. When you gradually get better, the higher difficulties slowly remove the cpu assists making the game more accurate to real life. I love the ping pong...and haven't really played much of the other games. Trying to win against Kenji (last opponent) on silver is rough.

In Sports Champions Gladiator, Volleyball and Archery use two wands but you can play it with one wand no problem (though I can imagine using two wands would be a better experience).

I think most (if not all) future Move games which requires two wants will give you the option to play with one wand too.
