Question about new Texas Driving laws.

    I am a little unclear about the new laws that came into effect on the 1st of September. Can my wife just go to the dps and give the learner's permit test(she has been studying the yellow handbook) or does she now need to complete some kind of drivers ed course?

    As long as she's not a woman, she'll have no trouble passing the test.
