Why haven't the Rockets used John Amechi in the regular season even during the games that are blowouts? I just want to know what is the logic in this. Not criticizing. Please don't flame me or tell me to go to the Shanghi Sharks board. Thank you.

I thought message boards was for posting. If there is a problem, I'm sure the administration here would deal with it, so shut up, cut the crap, and stop feeling so insecure you have to get on my ass every post I make. I didn't know we couldn't make posts. Is this a problem with you? Maybe you're the one with no life because you actually care.

Please deal with me. Okay, whatever. Can you tell me what rule I'm breaking?

And what's so BS about asking a simple Rockets related question? Are you the police around here? You're the ones who are making me write these defensive replies.

RiceDaddy7 - your posts may be good, but you're starting too many thread discussions at one time. Please join some other discussions to get a better feel for the etiquette around here.

Sorry, how many new threads am I allowed to make a day? I wasn't aware of this rule. This still doesn't justify the unnecessary flaming I got.

there are no limits.....just dont post threads without looking around because chances are that its being talked about somewhere else....

and about the flaming....you shouldve got the idea to stop after we pointed out to you that you are basically posting every other post in the thread plus that you keep posting threads, but you just complained about us flaming you and kept doing it....so i would say thats more you're fault.

I was referring to the Yao-Shaq thread when it came to flaming. When I started making new threads, I assumed people were rude to me and did not want me to post because of what went on in that thread, not because there was a server space limitation ( it happened around the same time...that's why ). Still, it does not justify flaming for something I didn't know, and therefore, I think there is some blame on your side as well.

I guess a good way to gauge the average number of posts a day is to check other people's profiles to see how often they post. Of course there are days where you will post more than others and there are days you will post less, but its just like shooting, it doesnt matter if you are iverson, people will be upset if you avg 40 shots a night.

Think of this as an actual forum where everyone can hear you speak, sometimes if you hear the same person talking all the time, especially if they are topics that have been discussed extensively in this forum (which you have no way of knowing without actually searching the history) or if you try to argue or respond to every single post, it can get pretty annoying. This isnt a rule, but its simply etiquitte.

Keep in mind this is a site run by the lifeblood of Clutch, he makes sacrifices in order for us to have this community. A good post or thread is something that benefits many in some way on the forum, either through humor, information, or intellectual stimulation. Although you have a right to defend yourself, I wouldnt go overboard on it if it doesnt benefit the community as a whole. Just by the laws of percentages, the more you post the more you will probably get flamed, they have just as much right to flame you as you do to post.

I can tell you already that your 70+ posts today have earned you some enemies so I would watch your back. At least i know you arent a "trade moochie for kobe" thread starter so you are ok on my list, just pace yourself. First step could be taking away some of your information on your profile so no one uses that against you. Ive gotten some racist emails from someone who probably got upset from one of my posts, so there are people like that on this board. just get a feel for how things are here, adapt a bit and you will get respect instead of flame, listen to Clutch and read his general rules and you will get the respect that you deserve.

Would everyone leave RiceDaddy7 alone already...
You told him that he is "wrong" once...how many times does it need to be repeated...

I was actually wondering about the same thing regarding ManBoobs...just never posted. I wondered why he doesnt get any minutes even during garbage time...
I dont really care about him but whats the reasoning behind just keeping him on the bench all the time...just wasting space.
Or does he act as a psychologist for the team when they are feeling down? :p
