OK - When it's all said and done- trade up trade down, pick 1, 2 or 3 players - when we wake up Thursday morning who is/are the player/players that will be Rockets- Forget where and when who do we end up with- Give your best guess Mine is Gasol and Haywood (is that a wild enough guess?????) ------------------
Radman and Woods ------------------ CC.net's most courteous driver Oh yeah, and I'm looking for a job right now, so hire me please
White or Gasol Hunter We work a way into top6, then with our last pick #23 we get Hunter. I prefer Jefferson 13 Woods 18 Haywood or Hunter 23 3 picks who make immediate contributions. I like Woods alot, can see him playing the 4. Reminds me of a Duncan-but more fluid and athletic. ------------------
13, 18, Drew obligations and Cato for 4, 30 and Brad Miller 4 Pau Gasol 23 Jason Collins 30 Gearld Wallace/Ousmane Cisse (I'll say my prayers for this one) ------------------ President of the (the Rockets first pick in the draft) fan club.
Woods, or a SF that isn't Jefferson. Morris would be a nice pickup especially if the the rockets can keep Mo T. I'd reallly like to end up with Brown or Battier...but this is unrealistic. Thursday morning, I'd feel better if the rockets drafted an American that I've seen that is good. I'd rather feel better a year from now, though. ------------------
White and Randolph ------------------ Rarely is the question asked: Guns kill squirrels than REDRUM to fools across the nation?
Would we be some happy rocket fans if we woke up Thurs. morn. with either Griffen or White??!! ------------------
Curry and TRock ------------------ "If you don't understand it, don't try to understand it." -Carl Everett
I've got a feeling that some how Joe Johnson will be a Rocket on Thursday. The other pick will be one of the following, Haywood, Woods, or Jason Collins. ------------------
We definately aren't showing consesus- SO FAR 16 Rocket Fans picking at least 15 different players to be Rockets on Thur. morn. The trend so far is that this draft is more up in the air than other recent drafts. ------------------
1) j. johnson- if he slips to 13, we won't pass on him. 2) m. bradley- rudy and cd talked about wanting big-men who can shoot... 3) k. johnson- with JJ there is no need for tmo. ------------------
If we are able to deal two or three picks and move up,I say it's for Diop or Woods(who I think is going higher than many project). If we can't move up,it wouldn't surprise me to see us use them in a deal for an established player...and perhaps a pick which we use on Randolph or Johnson. ------------------
